If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your printing simply return it to us within 10 working days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund. The guarantee does not apply to anything that the client is in control of ie content.

We offer 30 minutes of free design on all work over $50. Our focus is on getting the job right so we will do whatever it takes to achieve a design the client is happy with.
