We have done thousands of booklets in various forms over the years, from programmes for the local bowling clubs, to corporate conferences to producing children’s books ready for sale – we can tailor production for small to large orders.

Pages are creased if needed and folded in half, and stapled on the spine, and guillotined to leave a clean edge and professionally finished booklet. Stapled or also known as saddle-stitched books must be created in multiples of 4 pages, as there are 4 pages per sheet once folded. ie. page count should be 16 pages, 20 page, 24 pages etc.

Most booklets have a 300gsm cover with 100gsm-150gsm inside pages depending on the amount of pages and purpose of the booklet. If it is something like an activity or workbook, we can do an uncoated paper for the inside so it is easy to write in. We can advise you on what we think is the best paper for your booklets.
